Classes are adaptable to meet people where they are at.
Classes can include:
Options for seated &/or standing dance & movement.
Set movement sequences, mindful movement, improvised movement, collective movement making.
Supporting brain & body health – memory, body connectivity,
range of movement, coordination, flexibility, strength, aerobic.
Supporting self-expression, creativity, problem-solving, identity, & community – meaning-making, individual expression & creativity, moving relationally, celebrating each other.
